CYLAND is a nonprofit organization founded in 2007 by Marina Koldobskaya of the St. Petersburg branch of Russian National Center for Contemporary Art (NCCA) and Anna Frants of the St. Petersburg Arts Project Fund, New York.
CYLAND MEDIALAB is located in the very center of Kronshtadt, in a park next to Marine Cathedral, the city’s main point of interest - a short distance with old dockyards and sailing vessels workshops, drawbridges, docks, locks and channels. The city’s unique historical and cultural background makes it ideal opportunity to develop public or landscape art and conduct research.
